摘要
目的 :观察盐酸戊乙奎醚结合麻黄碱预防芬太尼咳嗽反应的作用。方法 :50例在全身麻醉下行择期手术患者,随机分为盐酸戊乙奎醚组(P组)和对照组(C组)。均不用术前药,入室后P组静注静注6mg麻黄碱、盐酸戊乙奎醚0.015mg/kg(生理盐水稀释至5ml),C组静注等量生理盐水,15min后两组静注芬太尼3μg/kg,注射时间3s,记录注射后2min内咳嗽反应发生情况,监测盐酸戊乙奎醚注射前(T1)、芬太尼注射前(T2)、芬太尼注射后2min或咳嗽反应发生后(T3)的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和心率(HR)。结果:P组和C组的咳嗽反应发生率分别为8%和40%,P组明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与C组比较,P组T3时SBP、DBP明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组T3时SBP明显高于T1时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸戊乙奎醚0.015mg/kg静注结合麻黄碱可有效预防芬太尼诱发的咳嗽反应。
objective: to observe the e YiKui ether hydrochloride combined with ephedrine fentanyl cough response prevention role. Methods: 50 cases of patients with general anesthesia downlink undergoing elective surgery, were randomly divided into c YiKni ether hydrochloride group ( P group) and control group ( group C). All without preoperative medicine, home after P group static note static note 6 mg ephedrine e YiKui ether, and hydrochloric acid 0.015 mg/kg (diluted saline to 5 ml), group C static note amount of normal saline, 15 rain after two groups of fentanyl injection 3 mu g/kg, the injection time is 3 s, record reaction happening within 2 rain after injection of cough, monitoring e YiKui etherhydrochloride injection (T1), fentanyl in- jection before (T2), fentanyl injection after 2 min or cough response (T3) after onset of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (HR). Results P group and group C cough response rates were 8% and 40% respectively, P group was lower than that in group C, thedifference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). When compared with group C, P group 33 significantly lower SBP, DBP, the difference had statisti- cal significance (P 〈 0.05 ). When the 33 SBP C group was obviously higher than that of T1, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: e YiKui hydrochloride ether O. 015 mg/kg static injection combined with ephedrine can effectively prevent fentanyl induced cough response.
