摘要
本文阐述了水蓄冷对于数据中心空调系统的重要性,在水蓄冷的基础上,讨论了水蓄冷作为应急冷源的应用形式与水蓄冷在数据中心的节能应用实践。一方面,数据中心在初期运行时,由于机房设备负荷很小,可以停止冷水机组工作,利用蓄冷罐对末端空调设备进行供冷,从而避免冷水机组低负荷运行,提高其运行效率。另一方面,水蓄冷空调系统的节能运行模式设计,可以有效地利用备用的冷水机组与应急蓄冷系统,减少白天冷机的运行时间,保证冷水机组运行在高效区间。对于有分时峰、谷电差价的地区,可以显著降低空调系统的运行费用,同时可以有效平衡电网负荷。如果空调系统采用大温差水蓄冷,其节能效果会更加显著。
This paper expounds the importance of chilled water storage for data center air conditioning system. Based on the research of chilled water storage, the application of chilled water storage as emergency cold source and energy saving practice in data center are discussed. On the one hand, in the initial operation of data center, due to the small equipment load, the water chilling unit could be shut down, and the chilled water storage tank is used as the cold sources of air conditioning equipment, so that to protect the water chilling unit and improve its running efficiency. On the other hand, the air-conditioning system of chilled water storage designed to energy-saving operational mode, which could effectively optimize the spare water chilling unit and the emergency cold source. That could also reduce the running time of water chilling unit in the daytime and ensure it running in high efficiency range. In the area of peak and valley electricity price, that could significantly reduce the operating cost of the air conditioning system and effectively balance the power charge. If the large temperature difference chilled water storage used in air conditioning system, the energy saving effect will be more significant.
