摘要
清水混凝土以其节约工程成本、提高工程质量、改善企业管理水平等优点,自20世纪90年代后期以来在技术研究及工程应用方面得到了长足发展。但对清水混凝土的研究主要集中在施工技术方面,而工程应用中清水混凝土的配合比设计方法使用普通混凝土配合比设计方法、高性能混凝土配合比设计方法,没有建立起针对清水混凝土的专用配合比设计方法。为此,以轨道交通清水混凝土工程为依托,开展了清水混凝土专用配合比设计方法的研究。通过对清水混凝土专用配合比设计方法所设计的清水混凝土工作性能、力学性能、耐久性能、表观质量等方面的研究表明,清水混凝土专用配合比设计方法设计的清水混凝土各项性能指标符合工程设计及相关标准要求。
With its saving project cost, improving the quality of engineering, improving enterprise management level, etc, the fair-faced concrete got rapid development in the technology research and engineering application since the late 1990s. However, the research of fair-faced concrete mainly concentrated in the construction technology, and mixture design method of fair-faced concrete use the mixture design method of ordinary concrete and high performance concrete during engineering application, there is no established special mixture design method for fair-faced concrete. Therefore, with the rail transport fair-faced concrete project as the background, the research of the special mixture design of fair-faced concrete is carried out. The study on working properties, mechanical properties, durability properties and apparent quality of fair-faced concrete shows that the various performance indicators of fair-faced concrete designed by the special mixture design can meet the requirements of engineering design and related standards.
