车轮谐波磨耗对直线线路上高速轮轨接触蠕滑特性的影响 被引量:12

Influence of Wheel Harmonic Wear on Creep Characteristics of High Speed Wheel-Rail Contact on Straight Line

摘要 通过理论分析车轮谐波磨耗对轮轨接触蠕滑特性的影响,得到谐波磨耗车轮的名义滚动圆半径与谐波阶数和车轮圆周不圆顺幅值(波深)的关系;以CRH2型高速动车组为例,使用多体动力学软件UM建立以2位轮对为谐波磨耗车轮的头车动力学模型,对比分析5种谐波阶数(1,3,6,11和15阶)和2种波深(0.1和0.3mm)条件下谐波磨耗车轮与无谐波磨耗车轮的接触斑内横向、纵向蠕滑率/力。结果表明:车轮产生谐波磨耗后,随着谐波阶数和波深的增加,纵向蠕滑力增加明显而纵向蠕滑率变化幅度不大,横向蠕滑率减少明显而横向蠕滑力变化幅度不大;与车轮无谐波磨耗时相比,纵向蠕滑率增大至14倍;当达到车轮谐波磨耗6阶、波深0.3mm后发生轮轨接触脱离,且轮轨接触脱离现象随着谐波阶数和波深的增加而加剧。 The relationship between the nominal rolling circle radius of harmonic wear wheel and the harmonic order and amplitude(wave depth)of wheel out-of-roundness was obtained by theoretically analyzing the influence of wheel harmonic wear on the creep characteristics of wheel-rail contact.Taking the CRH2 high speed EMU as an example,the dynamic model of the first car was established with the second wheelset as harmonic wear wheel by multi-body dynamics software UM.The lateral and longitudinal creepages and creep forces in the contact patches of both the harmonic wear wheel and non-harmonic wear wheel were compared and analyzed under 5harmonic orders(1,3,6,11 and 15)and 2wave depths(0.1and 0.3mm).Results showed that after the harmonic wear was generated on wheel,with the increase of harmonic order and wave depth,the longitudinal creep force increased obviously and there was little change in longitudinal creepage;the lateral creepage reduced obviously and there was little change in lateral creep force.But the longitudinal creepage increased to 14 times compared with that of wheel with no harmonic wear.Wheel/rail contact separation occurred when wheel harmonic wear reached harmonic order of 6and wave depth of 0.3mm,and the contact separation phenomenon intensified with the increase of harmonic order and wave depth.
