摘要 以盐城汽贸广场会展中心工程为例,对大曲率自密实清水混凝土弧形柱的施工技术进行研究。基于弧形柱曲率较大、钢筋密集,浇筑混凝土时振动棒无法插入的特点,提出采用工厂定制弧形钢模板、弧形柱钢筋安装、自密实混凝土与附着式振动器的技术,以确保弧形柱施工质量。实践表明,所提出的施工技术安全可靠且经济可行。 This paper presents the research on the construction technology of the arc-shaped column with large curvature made by self-compacting and fair-faced concrete, taking the convention center project of Motor Trade Square in Yancheng for example. Based on the characteristics of arc-shaped column such as large curvature, dense distribution of steel bars, impossibility of inserting the vibrator into the concrete in pouring and so on, it is proposed to adopt the technique combining preeast arc-shaped steel formwork, installation of steel bars of arc-shaped column, self-compact concrete and attached vibrator, in order to ensure the construction quality of the arc-shaped column. It is evident that the proposed technique is safe, reliable and economic.
