The safety accident of construction comes from people＇ s unsafe behavior, unsafe state of things and lack of management. If the behavior can not be stopped and processed in time, it will lead to broken window effect. Repairing broken windows is the implementation of the rectification and safe management means, which can effectively control the safety situation. This paper introduces security situation and cause analysis in construction industry, the application of broken window effect in safety management.
