摘要
在对滑槽式硬币清分机市场调研并进行功能原理和设计分析的基础上,对滑槽式硬币清分机的整体造型进行了创新设计。通过三维造型软件完成了结构设计、虚拟装配和设计改进,并基于FDM成型工艺制作了样机模型,验证了造型、结构和机构设计的可行性,为相关行业进行产品开发设计提供参考。
On the basis of market research,function priciple, design analysis of the chute type coin sorting machine, the in- novative design on the integral modeling of chute type coin sorting machine was performed. Structural design, virtual assembly, rapid prototyping and design optimization was completed through 3D modeling software. The feasibility of modeling, product structure and mechanism design were verified based on the FDM prototype model. It provided references for the research and development of products design in relative industries.
