以5年生"夏黑"葡萄为试材,研究了赤霉素GA3(20mg·L^(-1))+不同浓度氯吡脲CPPU(1.0、3.0、5.0mg·L^(-1))处理与单穗不同留果量处理(单穗50、65、80粒)对"夏黑"葡萄果实品质(葡萄果穗及果粒性状、产量、可溶性固形物含量及总酸含量、总酚、单宁、总花色素含量)以及感官评价的影响。结果表明:连续2次对果穗浸蘸GA320mg·L^(-1)+CPPU 3.0mg·L^(-1),单穗留果量为65粒和80粒时均较对照显著使果粒增大、总酸含量降低,总花色素含量升高,同时果形指数未发生显著变化,而单穗留果量为65粒时果实可溶性固形物显著高于对照、单穗留果量为80粒时与对照没有显著差异;GA320mg·L^(-1)+CPPU 3.0mg·L^(-1)连续2次浸蘸果穗、每穗留果65粒,果实感官评价得分最高、口感最好。表明GA320mg·L^(-1)+CPPU 3.0mg·L^(-1)连续2次浸蘸果穗+单穗留果65粒的处理综合效果最好,而其它处理在不同方面存在一定缺陷。
Five-year-old 'Summer black'grape was used as test materials,the influence of GA3 (20 mg · L-1)+different concentration of CPPU (1.0,3. 0,5.0mg · L-1 ) combined with different berry thinning mode (50,65 and 80 berries) on grape quality, i. e. cluster and berry traits, yield, total soluble solid content and total acid content, total phenolic, tannins, total anthocyanin content and sensory evaluation were evaluated. The results showed that in contrast with the control, consecutively dip the spike twice with GA3 20 mg · L-1 +CPPU 3. 0 mg · L-1 combined with leaving 80 and 65 grape berries per cluster both strikingly expanded the berry, lower the total acid content and enhanced the total anthocyanin content and meanwhile stabilized the fruit shape index, and with respect to the total soluble solid content, the latter treatment significantly increased it but the former one showed no significant difference when compared with the control. Berries from consecutively clip the spike twice with GA3 20 mg · L-1 @CPPU 3. 0mg · L-1 combined with leaving 65 grape berries per cluster achieved the highest sensory evaluation score and tasted the best. Consecutively dip the spike twice with GA3 20mg · L-1 +CPPU 3. 0mg · L-1 combined with leaving 65 grape berries showed the best effect in general,whereas the other treatment had a certain defect in distinct aspects.
