摘要
为研究沿海地区空气中所蕴含的海盐离子、水蒸气以及温度循环等因素对沥青混合料使用性能的影响。首先建立了沥青混合料室内盐-湿-热循环加速试验系统。基于该系统,研究了循环时长、温度、循环次数、盐分浓度等参数对沥青混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:在盐分侵蚀条件下,沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能、低温抗开裂性能、水稳定性受到不同程度的劣化。随着盐-湿-热循环次数增加,沥青混合料的间接拉伸强度、抗压强度、疲劳寿命均显著降低。在盐-湿-热循环下沥青混合料动态模量增大、相位角减小。
In order to study the effect of the factors in coastal areas,such as sea salt ions,water vapor and temperature cycling on the performance of asphalt mixture,first,the accelerated salt-wet-heat cycling test system for asphalt mixture is established. Based on this system,the influence of cycling length,temperature,cycling times and salt concentration on the performance of asphalt mixture is studied. The result shows that(1) the high temperature anti-rutting performance,the low temperature crack resistance and the water stability of asphalt mixture degraded differently;(2) with the increasing of salt-wet-heat cycling times,the indirect tensile strength,the compressive strength and the fatigue resistance of asphalt mixture decreased significantly;(3) the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture increased and the phase angle decreased under the salt-wet-heat cycling.
