摘要
随着社会经济的发展,我国工业化水平显著提高,工业危险废物的产生量巨大并逐年增加。基于此,简要介绍目前我国大中城市工业危险废物的现状和特点,分析危险废物的危害和管理中存在的问题。结合当前危险废物管理面临的严峻形势,提出完善法律法规、加强底数调查、研发关键技术、宣传强化意识以及加强监督管理等对策,以完善我国工业危险废物的管理工作。
With the development of social economy, the level of industrialization of our country is greatly improved,the production of industrial hazardous waste is huge and increasing year by year. Based on this, this paper briefly de-scribed the status and characteristics of industrial hazardous wastes in China＇s large and medium sized cities, ana-lyzed hazardous waste hazards and problems in management. Based on the current critical situation of hazardouswaste management, this paper suggested to perfect the laws and regulations, survey the hazardous wastes base data,research the key technologies, strengthen our awareness, in order to improve the management of industrial hazardouswaste in China.
