摘要
变导程螺纹虽然应用广泛,但其加工效率和加工质量一直是个共性难题,尤其是变槽宽变导程螺纹的加工更是难之又难。文中在对变导程螺纹的螺旋线进行数学建模的基础上,结合FANUC系统数控车床操作具体实例,巧妙利用宏程序优越功能准确快速地车削完成变槽宽变导程螺纹,最终高质量高效率事半功倍地完成复杂变导程螺纹的加工。
Variable lead thread though widely used, but its processing efficiency and qual ity has been a common problem, especially in variable width variable of lead screw machining of hard and difficult it is. Based on the variable lead helical thread on mathematical modeling, combined with FANUC computer numercial control (CNC) lathe of operating system specific examples, the macro-program feature superior was used skillfully in turning quickly and accurately to complete the variable width variable lead screw. Finally complex variable lead thread is accomplished with high-quality and high-efficiency in getting twice the result with half the effort.
