摘要
国际货运行业在发展过程中,离不开货运代理企业的积极作用。作为一个风险较大的行业,货运代理企业只有积极分析自身的风险,以预防为中心,制定业绩评价体系,完善激励机制,防范业务操作方面的风险,合理进行风险转移,防范企业自身造成的风险,积极做好代理工作,才能使货运工作得到积极的发展。
The development of international transportation industry cannot do without the positive role that freight forwarding business plays. Being involved in a high risk job,the freight forwarding business should have the ability to analyze their own risks,focus on the prevention,formulate the performance evaluation,complete the motivation system,avoid the risk on operation,transfer the risk reasonably,attenuate the self-induced risk and accomplish the agency work positively,in order to ensure the positive development of freight forwarding work.
