摘要
目的探讨案例式PBL教学法对提高护生实习白血病专科知识掌握的作用。方法选取2014—2015年在哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院内科实习的护生共119名为研究对象,随机分为对照组和PBL组,分别采用传统教学法和案例式PBL教学法,实习结束后进行出科考试并将结果进行统计学分析。结果 PBL组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例式PBL教学法在护生实习白血病专科知识方面有助于提高学生主动汲取知识并内化的能力。
Objective To explore case PBL teaching methodology to improve the effect of the grasp of student nurse practicing leukemia specialist knowledge. Method Selecting 119 student nurses in Tumor Hospital Affiliated of Harbin Medical University as the research subjective, and randomly dividing them into the control group and PBL group. The control group received traditional teaching method, and the PBL group got PBL teaching method. After practice, the nurses were tested, and the results were analyzed statistically. Result PBL group is better than the control group, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching methodology can improve the students’ ability of getting knowledge in the student nurses practicing leukemia specialist clinical nursing.
