摘要
建设枢纽型社会组织是创新社会管理的重要方式。北京、上海、广东地区是枢纽型社会组织建设的先行地区,走在全国的前列。这些地区的社会组织相当发达,经过多年的探索琢磨,已经积累了丰富的枢纽型社会组织建设经验。当前,这三个地区的枢纽型社会组织处在快速发展阶段,对枢纽型社会组织的功能定位逐渐形成了清晰的脉络。探讨三地区的先进做法,可以给后发地区枢纽型社会组织的功能定位提供启示。
The construction of hub-type social organizations is an important way for social management innovation.Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong ahead of other regions are now leading the trend in building the hub-type social organizations. These areas are in the first echelon of Chinese economy, where social organizations are quite well developed, and they have a wealth of experience in building the hub-type social organizations after years of exploring and pondering. At present, the hub-type social organizations are at a phase when they develop fast in the three regions,whose functional orientation becomes clearer little by little. The advanced practices of these three areas can provide enlightenment for the functional orientation of hub-type social organizations in backward areas.
