摘要
注浆是处治二次衬砌背后脱空的主要技术措施。结合石林隧道二次衬砌背后脱空实际情况,对注浆压力、水泥浆技术参数进行了试验研究,并介绍了注浆施工工艺及处理效果。结果表明:石林隧道二次衬砌背后脱空注浆整治中,1.5 mm厚EVA防水板可承受的最大注浆压力为0.32 MPa,采用0.30 MPa的注浆压力和流动度18 s、膨胀率5%、初凝时间9.9 min的水泥浆填充空洞的效果最佳,一次性合格率达92%。
Grouting is widely used in treatment of voids behind second lining.In this paper,voids behind second lining of Shilin tunnel was case-studied,and grouting pressure and technical parameters of cement slurry were tested.Also,the construction technology and treatment effect of grouting were introduced.The results show that the upper limit of grouting pressure on 1.5 mm thick EVA waterproof plate is 0.32 MPa.With the grouting pressure of0.30 MPa fluidity of 18 s,expansion ratio of 5%and initial setting time of 9.9 min,voids grouting with cement slurry has the best filling effect,and the one-time qualified rate is up to 92%.
