摘要 从机床绿色设计的自然属性出发,选取对机床绿色特性影响较大的因素进行研究分析。主要是从机床结构件材料耗能和加工过程中电能的消耗研究,采用碳足迹的方法,建立面向数控机床绿色度的计算模型。根据得到的二氧化碳量,对数控机床设计方案进行绿色度的评价,并提出改进方案。最后,将该评价方法用于小叶片五轴联动立式加工中心的设计中,验证了该方法的有效性。 Starting from the natural properties of green design, the key factor which has a great impact on greenness of NC machine, is analyzed and calculated. This paper uses the method of carbon footprint, focus on the machine structure material consumption and power consumption in the manufacturing process, and computational model for greenness of NC machine is built. The greenness evaluation are conducted for the design schemes of NC machine according to the amount of carbon dioxide, and put forward the im provement plan. Finally, the application effect of the method is shown through the development case study of small blade CNC controlled 5 -Axis vertical machining center.
