摘要
阐述了我国经济新常态的内容和特征,结合经济转型理论界定和金融发展理论,选择产业结构优化、技术创新和扩大内需3个经济转型维度,金融深度、金融结构、金融效率3个金融支持维度,从理论和实证两方面分析新常态下金融支持对我国经济转型发展的作用。实证结果表明,金融结构与经济转型发展的3个指标均不存在因果关系,金融效率对技术创新有促进作用,金融深度对扩大内需有促进作用。政府应当深化金融改革,提高金融系统运行效率,增加直接融资在社会融资中的比重,完善金融体系,助力新常态下的经济转型。
The paper states the content and features of the new normal in China, with the demarcation of the economic transition theory and the finance development theory, choose three dimensions of economic transition ： industry structure, technological innovation; expansion of domestic demand, and three dimensions of financial support： financial depth, financial structure and financial efficiency, to analyze the the role of financial support in the transformation of economic development in this ＂new normal＂ economy. It shows that there＇ s no causality between financial structure and three dimensions of economic transition, but financial efficiency can promote technological innovation, and financial depth can expand domestic demand. Our government should deep financial reform, enhance the financial movement the efficiency, increase the proportion of direct financing, reform the financial system to boost the economic transformation in new normal.
