摘要
为了对太阳能无人机热管理系统进行设计及优化,在对飞机能量负荷分析的基础上,确定热管理系统基本设计参数,并通过搭建Matlab仿真平台对各设计方案进行仿真论证,包括风冷系统、液冷系统和混合系统。仿真结果表明混合系统可作为太阳能无人机热管理系统最优方案。最后,利用混合系统,通过改变流量及设备尺寸参数,以热管理设备总质量作为目标函数,给出保证系统热管理需求下最佳流量分配和设备尺寸参数指标,可为发展太阳能无人机热管理系统提供参考。
In order to design and optimize the thermal management system of solar unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),based on the aerial vehicle's energy load analysis,the basic design parameters of thermal management system(TMS)are determined.The simulation platform is built using Matlab,to demonstrate these design solutions,including air cooling system,liquid circulation system and hybrid system.The simulation results show that the hybrid system can be used as the best form of TMS.Finally,using this system,the optimal flow distribution and size of the equipment under the requirements of device are obtained by adjusting the flow distribution and equipment size until the total mass of TMS device to the smallest,which provide references for the development of TMS for solar UAV.
