摘要
在探讨智能制造的概念、系统架构和关键要素之后,从生产线、车间/工厂、企业、企业协同四个层级提出智能制造评价指标,并利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数,构建智能制造评价指标体系,为制造业企业开展自评估诊断提供方法和标准,为国家推动智能制造发展提供决策参考和依据。
Based on the discussion of the concept, system architecture and key factors of smart manufacturing, evaluation indicators of smart manufacturing were presented in four levels of production line, plant and factory, enterprise and collaboration of enterprises. Then, weight of the evaluation indicators was calculated using analytic hierarchy process, and established the evaluating indicator system. Method and standard of self-evaluation were provided for manufacturing enterprises and reference of developing smart manufacturing for government.
