摘要
分析了油液温度升高带来的危害,对我国某高速列车抗蛇行减振器进行高低温试验,针对温升这一现象提出了设计带有温度补偿的新型减振器想法。结果表明:油液温度对抗蛇行减振器动态特性影响很大,低温时影响远大于高温时影响。针对温升这一危害,设计带有温度补偿的新型减振器、基于温度补偿的半主动新型减振器以及馈能式减振器是一种有效解决温升危害的途径。
Detriment of increasing of oil temperature was analyzed, and then a different temperature test on yaw damper of a highspeed vehicles was performed. Based above, a new-type yaw damper with temperature compensation was proposed. It could be concluded that: oil temperature had a signifi cant infl uence on dynamic feature of yaw damper, and lower temperature was much more obvious than higher. Aim at the detriment of increasing of oil temperature, new-type damper with temperature compensation, semi-active new-type damper based on temperature compensation and energy regenerative damper were designed to solve the problem.
