大采高放顶煤采场应力的数值模拟研究

摘要 本文主要采用FALC3D数值模拟法探讨了某矿大采高综放面在采场不同推进距离时垂直应力、覆岩塑性区规律以及工作面液压支架的受力大小。其垂直应力峰值在煤壁前方约6m处出现,垂直应力峰值分布为23-28.1MPa。采动影响剧烈范围分布在4-8m内,采场支架承受最大阻力平均约为14000kN。本文为厚煤层的安全高效开采提供了可靠的借鉴,对生产有指导意义。 This paper mainly discussed the vertical stress, the rock plastic zone laws and the working face hydraulic support force using FALC3D numerical simulation method when a working face advanced the different distance. The peak value of the vertical stress appears in 6m of the front of the coal wall, and the peak value of the vertical stress is 23 to 28.1MPa. Mining influence is in the range of 4 - 8m, the maximum resistance of the support is about 14000kN. This paper provides a reliable reference for the safe and efficient mining of thick coal seam, which is of guiding significance to the production.
