摘要
六氟化硫(SF_6)气体的温室效应及低温易液化的特性限制了它的应用。目前,SF_6混合绝缘气体(SF_6/N_2、SF_6/CF_4等)因其较低的液化温度及较好的电气性能,被认为是目前最具发展前景的替代介质,开始被应用于电气设备中。由于与纯SF_6气体在性质上有较大的区别,SF_6混合绝缘气体大规模推广应用之前,需要先研究解决许多关键的技术难题。文中对SF_6混合绝缘气体应用过程中混合气体水分、混合比、分层以及泄漏问题进行探讨,有助于SF_6混合绝缘气体的推广应用。
The application of SF6 gas in electrical apparatus is limited by its greenhouse effect and liquefaction at low temperature. At present SF6 gas mixtures (SF6/N2, SFr/CF4 etc) are regarded as one of the most promising alternative insulating gases to SF6 because of their lower liquefaction temperature and good dielectric performance and have been used in some electrical apparatuses. In view of the large differences in material properties, key technical issues in relation to SF6 gas mixtures have to be carefully addressed before their large scale application in electrical systems. In the present work, the application status of SF6/N2 and SF6/CF4 gas mixtures in China is first introduced. A discussion is then devoted to the key issues in relation to the application of SF6 gas mixtures, such as humidity, mixture separation, mixing ratio, and leakage, which is expected to help promote a wider use of SF6 mixtures in electrical systems.
