电絮凝-陶瓷微滤膜工艺处理微污染水过程中絮体基团和铝极板钝化层分析

摘要 分别采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、X-射线衍射仪研究了电絮凝-陶瓷微滤膜工艺处理微污染水过程中的絮体基团及铝极板钝化层的成分。结果表明:电絮凝预处理对芳香族有机物的去除效果不及化学絮凝预处理;电絮凝-陶瓷微滤膜工艺长期运行后,光滑的铝极板表面覆盖了一层致密的钝化层,阳极板钝化层的主要成分为Al(OH)3,阴极板钝化层的主要成分为Al(OH)3和CaCO3。 The floc groups and the main components of aluminum plate passivation layer in the process of micro-polluted surface water treatment by electrocoagulation-ceramic microfiltration membrane were studied by FTIR and XRD. The results indicated that,chemical coagulation pretreatment had a better removal efficiency of aromatic organic compounds than electrocoagulation pretreatment, After electrocoagulation-ceramic microfiltra- tion membrane operating for a long time, the smooth surface of aluminum plate was covered by a dense passiva- tion layer,and the main component of the anode passivation layer was Al(OH)3 and the main components of the cathode passivation layer were Al(OH)3 and CaCO3.
