摘要
优质医疗卫生资源的供求失衡要求转变服务模式,形成整合有序的分级诊疗体系。互联网医疗通过实时交互、广泛互联的特性促进了医疗卫生资源的有机整合,为促进患者和医生的双向匹配提供了重要平台。文章在明确互联网医疗的概念内涵的基础上,从系统论的资源整合视角出发,构建基于信息资源、医生资源和服务资源三个层次的互联网医疗资源整合结构以及相应的应用模式,并根据分级诊疗的核心要求深入分析不同模式对分级诊疗的作用机制,主要包括优化匹配机制、流程重组机制、模式分离机制和服务延伸机制。为深刻把握互联网医疗的内在特征和外在功能提供理论参考。
The supply and demand imbalance of high quality health care resources required transformation of health service mode so as to form the integrated orderly hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system. Through the characteristics of real-time interaction and widespread connection, internet health could facility the organic integration of health care resources and provide basis for the pa- tient-dot：for matching. On the basis of clear concept of internet health, it built a three layers resource integration structure and applica- tion model for internet health from resource integration perspective of system theory, which included information resource integration model, physician resource integration model and service resources integration model. According to the requirement of hierarchical diag- nosis anti treatment system, it thoroughly analyzed the mechanism of each model, including optimizing matching mechanism, process re- engineering mechanism, model separation mechanism and service extending mechanism. It provided theoretical references for the pro- found grasp of the inherent characteristics and external functions of the internet health.
