摘要
海南热带雨林的滑坡灾害问题日益严重,建立热带雨林地区滑坡生态型防治方案决策体系具有重要意义。以海南吊罗山热带雨林地区滑坡为背景,采用主客观赋权法与模糊层次法相结合的改进主客观赋权法,建立综合评价模型,对热带雨林地区滑坡生态型防治方案决策综合评价体系进行了研究。研究结果表明:通过改进主客观赋权法综合评价模型计算,得出边坡植树植草防护为最优方案,与传统均衡度变权法计算结果一致,基于改进主客观赋权法综合评价模型是可行的。
Landslide disaster in the tropical rainforest of Hainan is more and more serious. The constitution of ecological landslide control decision making system have important meaning. Taking the landslide in the tropical rainforest region of Diaoluo Mountain, Hainan as the background, the comprehensive evaluation model was established by improved objective and subjective weighting method, which is combined objective and subjective weighting method with fuzzy analytical hierarchy process, to evaluate such decision-making system. The result shows that, through the computation of such improved evaluation model herein, tree and grass planting on slope was found to be the optimal scheme. This result agrees with the result of traditional balance degree of variable weighting method, which demonstrates that the comprehensive evaluation model based on improved objective and subjective weighting method is feasible.
