摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特咀嚼片对咳嗽变异性哮喘肺功能的影响。方法将72例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组36例和对照组36例,对照组给予布地奈德雾化剂1mg/次,2次/d;观察组在对照组治疗基础联合应用孟鲁司特咀嚼片4mg/次,两组患儿疗程3个月。比较两组患者临床效果、肺功能及炎性因子水平变化情况。结果治疗后观察组总有效率91.7%,显著高于对照组77.8%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间及平均治疗时间显著缩短,PEF、FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC水平显著提高,TNF-ɑ、IL-6、hs-CRP水平显著降低,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月后随访,观察组复发率5.6%显著低于对照组22.2%(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁斯特联合布地奈德能够显著提高咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast on lung function in treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods A total of 72 children with cough variant asthma were selected, and they were randomly divided into the observation group (36 cases) and the control group (36 cases). The control group was treated with budesonide atomizing agent (1mg/time, twice/d). On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with montelukast chewable tablets (4rag/time, bedtime, 1 time/d). The course of the two groups was all three months. The clinical results, changes of clinical symptoms, lung function and inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group got a total efficiency of 91.7% , which was significantly higher than 77.8% of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The cough relief time, cough disappeared time and average treatment time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group after treatment ( P 〈 0. 05). The levels of PEF, FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group after treatment (P 〈 0. 05). There was drowsiness, nausea, dry mouth, dizziness and other adverse symptoms occurred in the two groups during treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05). After 6 months of follow-up, the recurrence of the observation group was 5.6%, which was significantly lower than 22. 2% of the control group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Budesonide can significantly improve the cough variant asthma children, clinical efficacy.
