摘要
利益是影响产学研协同创新能否持续的关键因素,如何在创新主体间建立起恰当的激励机制,提高协同创新价值链整体利益,是产学研协同创新亟需解决的问题。鉴于此,从利益分配的视角,利用博弈论和优化模型,以非协调控制下的收益作为威慑点,构建产学研协同创新激励模型。通过模型和案例分析,结果表明,所设计的激励机制能够通过调整分配参数、努力程度和合作程度增加各利益主体收益,实现产学研协同创新价值链增值。
The benefit is the key for the university-industry collaborative innovation to keep a long-term stable relationship,thus how to construct an appropriate incentive mechanism to coordinate the partners and to improve the overall interests of the cooperative innovation value chain is an urgent problem for the university-industry collaborative innovation. Considering the benefit under non-coordination as a deterrent,and from the perspective of benefit distribution, we employ the game theory and the optimization model to establish a novel incentive mechanism of university-industry collaborative innovation.The analysis of the model and the case show that by setting appropriate parameters of the benefit distribution and by adjusting effort level and cooperation degree,the proposed incentive mechanism increases the benefits of the stakeholders,thus realize the value addition of the overall university-industry collaborative innovation value chain.
