摘要
干燥是农产品加工贮藏的一项重要手段。采用热泵对农产品进行干燥具有节能环保、干燥品质高的优点。但单纯采用热泵干燥容易造成干燥后期速度过慢的问题,采用热泵与其他干燥技术进行组合,能够有效解决该问题。文章综述了国内外农产品热泵与太阳能、红外线、微波、热风、流化床等组合干燥的特点与研究进展,并提出目前存在的问题及发展趋势,为农产品热泵组合干燥技术的进一步研究与应用提供参考。
Drying is an important mean in processing and storage of agricultural products. The application of heat pump drying of agricultural products has the advantages of energy saving, environmentalprotection and high quality. However, heat pump drying alone has the problem of low drying rate in the later drying period. But the utilization of heat pump combined other drying technologies can fix this problem effectively. In this paper, the characteristics and advances of heat pump combined drying such as heat pump combined solar energy, infrared, microwave, hot air, and fluidized bed at home and abroad, were summarized. The present problems and future development of heat pump combined drying were also put forward. So as to provide reference for the further research and application of agricultural products heat pump combined drying technology.
