摘要
介绍了一种不引入任何杂质、快速地检测过氧化氢中硝酸盐含量的方法。即采用IonPacAS12A色谱柱,以碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠为淋洗液,样品不进行前处理直接稀释10。20倍进样测定。讨论了此类型色谱柱的特点、样品的稀释倍数。结果表明,硝酸盐在质量浓度为0-4.00mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9998,方法检出限为0.04mg/L,样品测定结果相对标准偏差小于2%,加标回收率为97%-103%。
The ion chromatography was the most rapidly method for detecting the content of nitrate in hydrogen peroxide by di- luting the sample from 10 to 20 times without any pretreatments.Analytical column:IonPac AS 12A; Eluent:Na2CO3-NaHCO3. The linear range of the nitrate was at 0~4.00 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0.999 8, the detection limit of this method was 0.04 mg/L, the relative standard deviation and recovery of nitrate were less than 2.00% and 97%~103%, respectively.
