摘要
目的对消毒供应室工作人员使用有粉手套包装清洗后器械是否存在二次污染的研究,从而指导工作人员正确选择手套。方法工作人员分别使用有粉手套、戴有粉手套经流动水冲洗两种方法包装清洗后器械包各50个,对它们进行检查,查找器械上是否含有滑石粉,观察两组方法对清洗后器械是否有二次污染;仅通过高倍镜发现滑石粉为1度污染,高倍镜和放大镜均发现滑石粉为2度污染,肉眼也能看到为3度污染。结果有粉手套经流动水冲洗后包装器械,滑石粉污染程度降低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用经流动水冲洗后的有粉手套包装清洗后的器械中几乎未含滑石粉。流动水冲洗可以有效的清除滑石粉,降低清洗后器械的二次污染。
OBJECTIVE To explore the secondary pollution status of instruments packed with talc gloves in central sterile supply department(CSSD)so as to provide guidance for reasonable choice of gloves.METHODS Totally100 instruments packages were packed by two different methods,50 packages were packed by using talc gloves directly,the rest were packed with talc gloves after water flushing,then the secondary talc pollution of all packages was checked.The pollution levels were defined based on three different checking methods,level 1pollution(talc could only be observed by high power lens),level 2pollution(talc could be observed by both high power lens and magnifying glass),and level 3pollution(talc could also be seen by naked eyes besides the other two methods).RESULTS The level of talc pollution was reduced when the instruments were packed by using talc gloves after water flushing,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The instruments that are packed by using talc gloves after water flushing rarely contain the talc.The water flushing can effectively eradicate the talc and reduce the incidence of secondary pollution of the cleaned instruments.
