摘要
考虑轧辊弯曲挠度以及轴承座与机架侧面之间的间隙两个微尺度参量对于辊系机构静定性的影响,采用机构学杆系自由度分析和综合理论以及陀螺效应力学理论分析当代轧机的辊系结构,提出轧机辊系结构存在超静定性和静不定性。针对轧机辊系结构的超静定问题,通过增加机构自由度而创制空间自位高刚度轧机、空间自位万能高刚度轧机;对2200铝箔四辊轧机止推滚动轴承烧损问题的研究发现,轧机因陀螺效应而引起动态交叉行为导致其辊系静不定结构问题,通过增加千斤顶机构而创制600半静定性四辊轧机、静定性六辊轧机和封闭式稳定型钢轧机。在获得轧机滚动轴承延寿的重大成果后,欲彻底解决轧机两端支反力不等及镰刀弯弊端、工作辊夹住板带横向移动现象、一流六辊轧机中间辊止推滚动轴承损坏、轧机颤振以及普遍不能达标负荷状态生产的现状及无法实施大压下率轧制工艺等十几项轧机弊端,并证明当代轧机是非一流装备,从小、中型轧机改造实践中创新的微尺度静定性轧机急需应用于中厚板等大型轧机的设计。
Considering the effect of two micro dimensional parameters including roll bending deflection and clearance between chock and side surface of housing window on the statically determinate characteristic of the roll system structure, the roll system structure are analyzed by utilizing the theory of linkage degree of freedom analysis and synthesis and gyroscopic effect theory of mechanics. The results indicate that the structures of the mill have hyperstatic characteristics and statically indeterminate characteristics.For the former, spatial self-alignment high rigidity mill and spatial self-alignment universal high rigidity mill are developed by adding linkage degree of freedom.For the latter, by using jack devices, 600 semi statically determinate 4-Hi mill, statically determinate 6-Hi mill and closed stale section mill are developed during the research of burning loss of end thrust roller bearing of 2 200 aluminum foil 4-Hi mill due to dynamic cross. The scientific research achievement about lifetime extension of mill roller bearing has been obtained.After that, other production phenomenon, including different rolling load on both ends of backup roll, camber shape of the strip, lateral movement of the strip, burning loss of end-thrust roller bearing of intermediate roll in 6-Hi mill, chatter vibration, mill operating with under-design target and low reduction rate rolling. The disadvantages mentioned above are enough to prove that contemporary roiling mills are not perfect, and the micro-dimensional statically determinate mill created from improvement practice of small-scale mill should be applied in the design of large-scale mill such as heavy and medium plate mill.
