摘要
采用等离子喷涂方法在灰口铸铁表面制备Mo涂层.利用SEM,EDS,XRD等分析测试手段对涂层的微观形貌、成分和物相进行观测分析,并对涂层的结合强度、抗热震性能以及涂层的摩擦性能分别进行研究.结果表明:涂层与基体的结合强度较高,平均为50 MPa,并且服从Weibull分布;涂层的热疲劳寿命随热震试验温度的提高而降低,热震后涂层显微硬度有所增高;干摩擦条件下,Mo涂层的耐磨性低于灰口铸铁,但润滑条件下Mo涂层耐磨性要优于灰口铸铁.
The Mo composite coating was deposited on the grey cast iron surface by plasma spraying method. The coating morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy and the element distribution analyzed by EDS. The bonding strength,thermal shock resistance and friction performance of the coating were studied respectively. The results showed that the bonding strength of coating and matrix was higher,on average of 50 MPa,and it obeyed Weibull distribution; the thermal fatigue life of coating reduced with the increase of thermal shock test temperature; coating microhardness increased significantly after thermal shock. Under dry friction conditions,Mo coating abrasion resistance was lower than gray cast iron,but Mo coating wear under lubrication conditions was better than gray cast iron
