摘要
针对具有智能起停系统的BSG发动机,本文通过建立前端附件驱动仿真模型,研究了混合动力发动机的起动、加速助力、全转速发电及能量回收四种工况的特性,查看了带轮打滑率、皮带受力、轴承载荷等结果,识别并降低了系统风险。通过BSG起动扭矩的优化,得到了更好的起动特性结果。
On the BSG engine with the Smart Start-Stop system, the Front End Accessory Drive (FEAD) model was set up. To study the characteristics of Start-up Boost Sweep and Recuperation conditions, the results of slipping-rate beh-force and shaft-load were checked respectively under the four conditions. The result analysises are used to find and reduce the potential risks of the Smart Start-Stop system. The optimization of the BSG start torque brings better start characteristics.
