摘要
作为智能电网调度控制系统的重要业务应用,三华安全校核是保障电网稳定运行的一道重要防线。然而在该工作开展前期,安徽省调计算的校核结果准确性不甚理想。在分析三华联合安全校核系统的基础上,结合安徽电网物理模型,从母线负荷预测、校核断面补全及计划潮流计算3方面着手,对安徽省调侧的联合安全校核系统进行优化与改进,以进一步提高安全校核的准确率和实用化水平,从而为安徽电网的安全稳定运行奠定坚实的基础。
As an important business application of the smart grid dispatching and control system, north China-central China-east China security check service (SCS) is a key link for power system stability. However, at the beginning of SCS period, the accuracy of SCS calculation results provided by Anhui Provincial Power Dispatch & Control Center is unsatisfactory. North China-central China-east China SCS system and physical model of Anhui Power Grid are analyzed in this paper. And the general SCS system at Anhui Provincial Power Dispatch & Control Center is optimized and improved in aspects of bus load forecast, check section completion and scheduled power flow calculation, which further improves the practicability and accuracy of SCS to lay a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of Anhui power grid.
