摘要
异氰酸酯官能团与水作用产生胺类和二氧化碳这一反应为我们提供了一个便捷有效的制备聚脲多孔材料的方法。红外光谱证明成功的合成了带有氢键的聚脲化合物;聚脲多孔材料由类"纤维簇状"结构相互连通形成了材料的骨架结构;热失重结果表明聚脲多孔材料在280℃以下保持稳定,而且具有较强的疏水亲脂性能。
The reaction of the isocyanate group with water generates amine and CO2 provides a convenient and efficient means for preparing porous polyurea material. The FTIR confirms the synthesis of intended polyurea polymer and the location of hydrogen bonding in the eopolymers. The porous polyurea material has interconnected skeletal network structures, which are composed of fiber-like clusters. The TGA demonstrates that the porous polyurea material is stable at temperature lower than 280℃, and it has strong hydrophobic and oleophilic properties.
