摘要
以二苯砜为溶剂,对苯二酚和4,4'-二氟二苯甲酮为原料,无水碳酸钾/碳酸钠为催化剂,采用程序升温的方法进行亲核取代反应合成了聚醚醚酮,并用IR、DSC、TG和XRD测定了聚醚醚酮的结构与性能,得到了熔点为337℃,开始分解温度为557℃,特性黏度为0.50d Lg-1的聚醚醚酮粉末。另外,采用紫外光谱技术分析聚醚醚酮后处理工艺中溶剂二苯砜的含量,结果表明,以甲醇为溶剂对粗PEEK进行抽提,洗涤4次以后二苯砜含量可降至100ppm以下。该检测方法方便迅速,具有一定的实用价值。
With diphenyl sulfone as solvent, hydroquinone and 4, 4′-difiuoro diphenylmethanone as raw materials and anhydrous potassium carbonate/sodium carbonate as catalyst, the polyether ether ketone (PEEK) Was synthetized by nucleophilic substitution with the temperature programmed method. The structure and properties of PEEK were determined by IR, DSC,TG and XRD; the melting point of prepared PEEK powder was 337℃, its initial decomposition temperature was 557℃ and the intrinsic viscosity was 0.50dL .g-1. In addition, the content of diphenyl sulfone solvent in PEEK postproeessing technology was analyzed by the UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that the crude PEEK was extracted with methanol as the solvent, and the content of the diphenyl sulfone could be reduced below 100ppm after washing for 4 times. This detection method is convenient and rapid, and it has certain practical value.
