摘要
微胶囊因其优越的结构和性能特征使得微胶囊技术成为当今世界重点发展的技术之一,它的出现解决了工业领域中的许多难题。通过阐述微胶囊的优良特性、常用壁材分类、主要制备技术,以及微胶囊在化妆品、医药、食品领域中的应用情况,对微胶囊技术的应用前景进行了展望。
Microencapsulation technology has become one of the most important technology due to the good structure and properties of microencapsulation. It has solved many problems in industry. This paper reviews the research on microencapsulation, including properties, classification of wall materials, preparation technology, application in cosmetil, mediune, food and prospect.
