摘要
针对三维模型设计过程中产生的EBOM无法直接应用于生产制造过程的问题,利用Pro/E 5.0 Toolkit工具和Oracle数据库等关键技术建立了Pro/E 5.0和ERP的集成接口,实现在Pro/E 5.0中EBOM和MBOM同步设计,可将三维模型直接用于生产制造,从而有效地解决了设计和制造一体化问题。
To solve the problem of EBOM generated in the 3D model design process failing to apply in the manufacturing process, Pro/E 5.0 toolkit tool, Oracle database and other key technologies have been utilized to set up integrated interface of Pro/E 5.0 and ERP. The integrated interface not only realizes EBOM and MBOM synchronous design in Pro/E 5.0, but also enables the 3D model to be directly used in the manufacturing process. Thus, design and manufacturing integration can be solved effectively.
