摘要
对新钢热连轧厂钢种A572Cr.50实际生产中出现的瓢曲问题进行分析,发现带钢存在性能不均匀、同板组织偏差大等现象,这些问题主要是层流冷却中存在冷却不均、工艺温度设定不合理等原因造成的。通过改进层流冷却装置、优化成分和调整工艺温度等措施,A572Gr.50瓢曲明显改善。
The buckling for steel A572Cr. 50 actual production are analyzed in hot rolling mill of Xinyu Steel. It is found the phenomenon of uneven strip properties and large deviation micro - construction on the same coil. By taking improvement of liminer cooling device and optimizing the composition and temperature, adjusting process, the problem of A572 Cr. 50 buckling get improved significantly.
