摘要
"十八大"以来,反腐败与廉政建设一直是中央政府各项工作的重心与抓手。高校职务犯罪是新时期高等教育腐败案件中较为突出的形式,由于犯罪主体的特殊性,对社会往往造成极大的负面影响。基于新时期高校职务犯罪的特点、原因的深入探析,对新时期的职务犯罪新问题提出预防与治理的新对策。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, anti-corruption and construction of a clean government have been the focus of work in central government. Crime cases of job-related corruption in universities are a prominent form of corruption in higher education field in the new period. Because the subjects of university job-related crime are very special, this brings quite negative impact on society. This paper focuses on the characteristics and reasons of job-related crimes in universities and come, up with strategies for prevention and treatment in the new era.
