摘要
加米霉素是动物专用的半合成大环内酯类抗生素,对于防治牛的呼吸系统疾病具有显著疗效,有广阔的应用和发展前景。综述了加米霉素的理化性质、合成方法和药理活性,旨在为该药在兽医临床上的应用提供参考。
Gamithromycin is a novel semisynthesis macrolide for animals,which has curative effects on prevention and treatment of bovine respiratory disease,and has wide application and development prospects. In this research,the physic-chemical properties,synthesis conditions and pharmacological activities were reviewed,which aimed at providing reference for clinical veterinary application.
