单宁基吸附树脂的制备及性能研究

摘要 以马占相思栲胶和间苯二酚为原料,用多聚甲醛为交联剂,在酸催化下制备单宁基吸附树脂,考察了多聚甲醛的用量对吸附树脂产率的影响,及吸附树脂对咖啡因的吸附性能。实验结果表明:吸附树脂的产率随着多聚甲醛用量的增加而增加,当多聚甲醛用量为单宁质量的44.8%时,吸附树脂产率达到72.69%。吸附树脂对咖啡因的吸附量随着咖啡因浓度的增大而增大,最大吸附量达107.47mg/g。 The adsorption resin is prepared from Mangium extract and resorcinol with paraformaldehyde as cross - linker under the catalytic of acid. The influence of the dosage of paraformaldehyde on the yield of adsorption resin was discussed, and the adsorption effect of resin for caffeine was explored. The experiment results show that the yield of adsorption resin increase with the increase of paraformaldehyde, the yield of adsorption resin reaches to 72.69% when the dosage of paraformaldehyde is 44.8% of the mass of tannins. The adsorption capacity of resin for caffeine increases with the increasing concentration of caffeine, the maximum adsorption capacity is 107.47 mg/g.
