三种血细胞分离机单采血小板的效率与质量分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的为不同单采血小板献血者选择合适的采血机器提供指导依据。方法选择2014年1月~2015年12月于广州血液中心捐献成分血2次以上的300名男性献血者为研究对象。其中150名献血者(体重:60~70 kg;采前血小板计数:180×109/L^240×109/L;HCT:40%~55%)采用MCS+、Trima和Amicus血细胞分离机捐献单份血小板;另150名献血者(体重:>70~80 kg;采前血小板计数:>240×109/L^340×109/L,HCT:40%~55%)采用MCS+、Trima和Amicus血细胞分离机捐献双份血小板。采集相关数据,比较MCS+、Trima和Amicus这三种不同血细胞分离机的相关参数。结果献血者采集前体重、血小板计数和HCT等参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三种血细胞分离机采集的产品质量均100%符合国家标准(GB18469-2012)《全血及成分血质量要求》中的相关要求;MCS+在采集效率、全血处理量方面均优于Trima和Amicus,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但其采集时间却最长:MCS+采集单份血小板的时间长于Trima和Amicus(P<0.05),采集双份血小板时显著长于Trima和Amicus(P<0.01)。结论三种血细胞分离机采集的产品质量均100%符合相关国家标准,但在使用过程中均各有利弊,应根据献血者的身体素质与自身特点选择相应的血细胞分离机。 Objective To provide the guidance for different plateletpheresis donors to choose the most suitable blood cell separator. Methods 300 male donors in blood donors who had donated apheresis platelet more than 2 times from January 2014 to December 2015 in Guangzhou blood center were chosed as study object. 150 of them(weight: 60~70 kg; platelet count: 180 ×109-240 ×10~9/L; HCT: 40%-55%) donated single-dose apheresis platelet; the other 150donors(weight: 70-80 kg; platelet count: 240 ×109-340 ×10~9/L; HCT :40%-55%) donated double-dose apheresis platelet,used MCS +, Trima and Amicus blood cell separator machines. Then relevant data was collected, the relevant parameters were compared and analyzed. Results The body weight, platelet count and HCT of donors were no statistical difference among different groups before blood donation(P〈0.05). The product quality of the three types blood cell separators all 100% conformed with national standards(GB18469-2012) Quality requirements for whole blood and blood components; MCS+ was superior to Trima and Amicus in the collection efficiency and volume of whole bloodprocessing(P〈0.05), but the collection time was the longest: the collection time was longer than that of Trima and Amicus when collected single-dose apheresis platelet(P〈0.05), and it was significantly longer than that of Trima and Amicus when collected double-dose apheresis platelet(P〈0.01). Conclusion Three blood cell separator collected100% products are in conformity with the relevant national standards, but in the process of using both have advantages and disadvantages, should according to the donor's physical quality and their own characteristics to choose the corresponding blood cell separator.
