摘要
职业能力综合水平是工科类高职生的核心竞争力。通过访谈或问卷调查工科类高职院校学生职业能力现状,运用教育统计学的方法对其有关数据进行评价、分析,发现影响职业能力的因素,指出工科类高职生职业能力现状中的不足,结合工科类高职生实际,从建构合理的分阶段的职业能力测评体系、加强对学生职业基本技能素质的培养、增设人文社会科学等通识教育课程、重视学生的职业心理教育工作、重视高职生的创新创业教育等5方面提出建议和策略。
The level of comprehensive occupation ability is the core competitiveness of vocational students.This paper investigates present situation of students＇ occupation ability through interviews or questionnaires in vocational colleges.By the use of Education Statistics on the relevant data of evaluation,analysis,this paper finds out the factors affecting the occupation ability,and points out the deficiency in the status of occupation ability of engineering college students.Combined with the actual engineering students,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for constructing aprofessional evaluation system with reasonable stages,strengthening the cultivation of basic skills of students,adding humanities and social sciences such as general education curriculum,paying more attention to students＇ occupation psychological education,and attaching importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education.
