摘要
目的:调查民航飞行员高血压患病率,探讨其危险因素,为民航飞行员高血压的早期防治提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析4000名男性民航飞行员的体检资料和问卷调查资料。根据体格检查结果将其分为高血压组和血压正常组,计算高血压患病率。采用卡方检验或 t检验进行高血压病的危险因素单因素筛选,采用非条件Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果4000名民航飞行员中高血压病183例,患病率为4.58%。单因素分析结果显示,高血压组与血压正常组年龄、职务、高血压家族史、BMI、吸烟、饮食习惯、体育锻炼、飞行时间、TG水平及LDL‐C水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,年龄大、有高血压家族史、吸烟、BMI超标、飞行时间长、LDL‐C异常是民航飞行员高血压的危险因素,而体育锻炼则是其保护因素。结论民航飞行员的高血压患病率低于常规普查结果,但其仍具有一定程度的患病风险。对于具有高血压患病危险因素的民航飞行员,要加强早期干预。
Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of hypertension and to explore the risk factors ,so as to provide reference for early prevention and treatment of hypertension in civil pilots . Methods The general information questionnaire , results of physical examination and laboratory examination of 4 000 cases of civil pilots were retrospectively reviewed . They were divided into hypertension and normal blood pressure groups according to the results of physical examination .The prevalence rate of hypertension was calculated .The analyses were done by t test and Chi‐square test for single hypertension risk factor screening , and by Logistic regression for multiple risk factors analysis . Results There were 183 hypertension cases in 4 000 civil pilots . The hypertension prevalence rate was 4 .58% . Single factor analysis found that age , position , family history of hypertension ,BMI , smoking , eating habits , physical exercise , flight time , TG , LDL‐C were different between two groups and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0 .05) .Multivariable analysis found that the older age ,having a family history of hypertension ,smoking ,high BM I ,long‐term flight and high LDL‐C level were the risk factors for civil pilots′hypertension ,while the physical exercise was the protective factor . Conclusions The prevalence rate of hypertension in civil pilots is lower than that in conventional census ,but the civil pilots have certain degree of hypertension risk . Strengthened early intervention is suggested for the civil pilots with hypertension risk factors .
