摘要
以硅酸钠、硫酸铁、硫酸锌、四硼酸钠为原料,合成了高效复合絮凝剂含硼聚合硅酸铁锌(PFZSSB),用其处理焦化废水,研究了Fe/Si摩尔比、Zn/Si摩尔比、B/Si摩尔比对PFZSSB去除模拟废水中固体悬浮物(SS)和化学需氧量(COD)的影响,对其结构进行了表征.结果表明,最佳制备工艺参数为Fe/Si摩尔比1.8,Zn/Si摩尔比1.0,B/Si摩尔比0.3.该条件下所制PFZSSB投加量为175 mg/L时,焦化废水SS去除率达90%以上,COD去除率接近50%,比同类絮凝剂大,达到国家排放一级B标准.
A new type of inorganic-efficient-composite flocculant, named PFZSSB was synthesized with raw materials of sodium silicate, ferric sulfate, zinc sulfate and sodium tetraborate in this study, mainly applied in the treatment of cooking wastewater. The turbidity removal rate of simulated wastewater were all investigated with various Fe/Si mole ratio, Zn/Si mole ratio and B/Si mole ratio,and the structure of flocculant was studied. The optimal flocculation efficiency was obtained under the parameters of the Fe/Si mole ratio of 1.8, Zn/Si mole ratio of 1.0, B/Si mole ratio of 0.3. At the same time, with the additive quantity of 175mg/L, the turbidity removal rate of coking wastewater was more than 90%, and the removal rate of COD was nearly 50%, reaching first class of B national standard. The results proved that PFZSSB has advantages over other flocculants in the removal rate of SS and COD. This is the incomparable virtues than the other inorganic flocculants.
