摘要 采用硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸溶样,优化仪器测定条件及消除干扰元素的条件实验等,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP—OES)法测定铅精矿中砷、锑、铋、铜、锌、镁、铝、铁、镉的方法。其测定范围ω(As):0.02%~1.50%;ω(Sb):0.010A~10.00%;ω(Bi):0.03%~5.00%;ω(Cu):0.50%~10.00%;ω(Zn):2.00%~10.00%;ω(Mg):0.30%~2.00%;ω(A1):0.50%~3.00%;ω(Fe):5.00%~12.00%;ω(Cd):0.030%~0.20%。经加标回收实验,各元素的加标回收率为90%~104%(n=3)。方法准确、快速、可靠,适用于铅精矿中砷、锑、铋、铜、锌、镁、铝、铁、镉量的同时测定。 The concentrations of nine elements, including arsenic, antimony, bismuth, copper, zinc, magnesium,aluminum, iron and cadmium in lead concentrate samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)after the samples were digested with mixtures of nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid. The measurement ranges for As, Sb, Bi, Cu, Zn, Mg, AI, Fe and Cd were 0. 01% --1. 50%, 0. 01% -10. 00%, 0.03%-5.00%,0.50%- 10. 00% ,2.00%- 10.00%,0.30%- 2.00%,0.50%- 3. 00%, 5.00%- 12.00%and 0. 080%-0.20%, respectively. The recoveries were 90%-104%(n=3). This method is fast and simple, and was proved to be suitable for simultaneous determination of As, Sb, Bi, Cu, Zn, Mg, A1, Fe and Cd in lead concentrate samples.
