摘要 建立了紫外检测离子色谱法测定海水中碘离子的分析方法。样品采用滤膜净化处理,选用TSKgel guard column Super IC—AHR保护柱(4mm×50mm)和TSKgel Super IC—HR高性能分析柱(4mm×250Mm),Na2CO3(3.2mmol/L)-NaHCO3(1.0mmol/L)为淋洗液。碘离子使用紫外法检测,以消除氯离子干扰。在优化条件下,整个分析过程8min内完成。碘离子的方法检出限3.6μg/L,相对标准偏差(n=8)为2.0%~8.9%。加标回收率为94.9%~106%。方法操作简便、快速,适合批量样品分析检测。 An analytical method for the determination of iodine ion in seawater by ion chromatography with ultraviolet detection was established. The samples were pretreated by membrane filtration. Chromatographic conditions were selected as following: TSKgel Super IC-A HR protect column(4 mm× 50 mm), TSKgel Super IC-HR analytical column (4 mm × 250 mm), and Na2CO3 (3.2 mmol/L)-NaHCO3 (1.0 mmol/L) elution solvent. The contents of iodine ion were determined using ultraviolm detection method so as to eliminate the interference of chloride ion. Under the optimized conditions, the whole analysis process was completed within 8 min. The detection limit of the method was 3.6 μg/L and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=8) was 2.0%-8.9%. The recovery was between 94.9% and 106% The simple operation and rapid analytical speed of the method made it is suitable for batch analysis and detection.
