摘要
高校学生学籍档案,是学生就读期间的重要资料,是用人单位核实学生学业成绩和在校表现的重要依据,也是高校档案的重要组成部分。高校学籍档案有着与其他类型档案不同的规律和特点,加强学籍档案的管理,对维护高校档案的严密性,对提高高校教育教学质量,深化教育教学改革都具有重要的意义。当前高校学籍档案存在不被重视、管理方式落后、信息化程度不高、档案闲置遗失等问题。本文针对以上问题,提出学籍档案科学化管理的对策。
Students＇ roll archives in colleges and universities, the important information of students during their campus life, is the important basis for the employers to verify a student＇s academic and school performance, also the essential part of archives in colleges and universities. The rules and characteristics of roll archives in colleges and universities are different from other types of archives. Enhancing the management of the roll archives is of great significance to maintain the rigor of archives in colleges and universities, improve the teaching problems exists in roll archives in quality of college education, and deepen the reform of the education. At present, some colleges and universities, such as little attention, backward management style, low informatization, idleness and loss of archives etc. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward countermeasures of the scientific management of roll archives
