摘要
针对新疆吐鲁番地区雁木西油田区块,该区块以第三系和白垩系为主要目的层位,该段层位以盐膏层为主,上段井径扩大率较大,井壁容易垮塌,在下段油层段内容易缩径。同时,盐膏层易污染水泥浆,使水泥浆闪凝,造成固井事故;周围注水井多,钻井液比重1.48 g/cm^3,侯凝过程中压稳困难。为此,西部钻探钻井工程技术研究院首次在该区块雁673井使用了自主研发的ZYY-139.7振动胶塞,该系列振动胶塞控制部件和胶塞部件设计合理,结构独特,动作灵活可靠,承压差性能高,能有效地通过振动波作用于套管壁以提高固井质量。经声幅/变密度测井结果显示,该井固井质量优质。这为雁木西区块乃至整个吐哈地区优质固井施工提供了技术借鉴。
Xinjiang Turpan area Yanmuxi oilfield blocks in third series and Cretaceous is the main purpose.The horizon is the salt and gypsum layers mainly,upper well diameter enlargement rate is larger,the wall is easy to collapse,in the lower interval period to necking.The salt gypsum layer of this position can easily pollute cement slurry,make cement slurry flash,cause cementing accident.The well around injection wells,drilling fluid density 1.48g/cm fand,Hou coagulation process pressure stability difficult.To this end,the western drilling and Drilling Engineering Technology Institute for the first time in the block Yan 673 wells independently developed ZYY-139.7 vibrating plug.This series of vibration plug control parts and rubber plug parts design is reasonable,the structure is unique,the action is flexible and reliable,the pressure difference is high.The rubber plug can effectively act on the casing wall through the vibration wave to improve the cementing quality.The result of logging shows that the cementing quality is good.This construction provides technical reference for cementing construction Yan wood blocks west and even the entire Hami area.
